ValueClick Media is the world's largest independently owned advertising network. The premier audience targeting network for advertisers, ValueClick Media focuses on performance and publishers who wish to earn the most for their available inventory. Recently they've been working on a new suite of proprietary products and bundling them with their world class account management services. This has layed the ground work for their newest product launch, BluePin.
Refreshing An Advertising Giant
With over 25,000 sites and 271 million spent on new technologies, ValueClick Media remains at the top of the list for independent digital ad networks. More than a newtwork, ValueClick approached La Visual to flex their experience in the industry once again to create a new technology platform.
La Visual's job was to name, brand and deploy the new platform. Our vision was to transfer a level of the brand equity and aesthetic from the current ValueClick Media brand signature to a refreshing and relevent name and brand mark. The grandfathered logo was a grid of pinpoints that indicated user targeted advertising. We extracted the overarching essence of the ValueClick mark of pinpointing an audience and came up with BluePin - a single point targeted towards a specific user's behavior.

That said, the major challenge was shedding light on the new areas without losing the value of the tried-and-true methodology ValueClick is known and trusted for.
