Ken has participated in the evolution of Information Technology from mainframes through the current emerging technologies. For La Visual, he provides perspective, experience, direction and knowledge across IT technical and management disciplines. He has been a leader in vendor organizations, industry consortia, user architecture and development organizations, consulting organizations, and R&D. Ken has worked for Tech Strategies, LLC (as founder), Bank of America, Countrywide, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Ernst & Young LLP, Distributed Systems Solutions International (as co-founder and President), Citibank and Honeywell Information Systems. He has served clients ranging from many US Government organizations to financial institutions to health care companies to Entertainment companies and a number of manufacturing firms as systems provider, consultant and/or advisory board participant.
When not working, Ken is an avid cyclist, participating in road, mountain and velodrome disciplines.

Spencer has spent the last 17 years working in various aspects of secondary and higher education. He has served in both a teaching capacity as well as providing executive level leadership. Adam comes to La Visual with a strong background in broadcast media. After 10 years of producing a variety of Television series for MTV, VH1, BET, FOX, and TruTV to name a few, Adam discovered his passion for working with Creatives.
Known for his creative and hands on approach, Adam has built a reputation within the marketing and sales world. In addition to working with brands that range from Diesel Jeans to Zygo Vodka, Adam leveraged his production background to spearhead numerous web based advertising campaigns.

Eric Hoekendorf

Scott once self-described developers (partly in jest) as "a vortex of boring." We of course, beg to differ. Starting his professional web development career in the late 90's working for Chase Manhattan Bank, he spearheaded development for Chase's innovative customer service Knowledge Management Tool. This intranet-based site allowed customer service and technical support teams to streamline service productivity.
After moving on from Chase, Scott moved to California where he produced robust web applications in a number of industries including health care and retail as well as music and entertainment. This broad range of experience has provided him with an invaluable perspective on technological innovation, which in turn prepared him well for his responsibilities at La Visual.
As Senior Web Architect for La Visual, Scott has developed a thorough and intimate understanding of the company's unique branding process and digital focus within the industry. Specifically, he embraces his leadership role in working with the design department in translating and integrating a strong brand strategy for our clients across multiple interactive touchpoints.
